Specialized enterprises should be closely combined with host factories to form an industrial alliance and a community of interests for development and application

But the disadvantage is that the system factory and the mainframe factory are mainly trading relations, but the paper price has increased little? The two sides are not closely integrated

the second is Haas mode, that is, the main engine factory independently develops the CNC system and sells it with its own CNC machine tools. For example, Haas company of the United States and FIDIA of Italy, these companies started from the research and development of numerical control system at the beginning of their establishment. In order to promote the numerical control system, they began the production and sales of numerical control machine tools. Its disadvantage is that the CNC system of the unique brand of the main engine factory is difficult to be selected by other main engine factories

the third is the Mazak mode, that is, the main engine factory develops its own brand CNC system on the development platform provided by the system factory, and sells it together with its own CNC machine tools. For example, Japanese companies such as Mazak and Mori Seiji have carried out secondary development on the CNC system platform provided by Mitsubishi and Fanuc to form their own CNC system brands. This model not only avoids the possible shortcomings of the other two models, but also carries forward its own advantages

therefore, in order to develop the functional component industry and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of production enterprises, we should first give them the same attention as the host, and give a certain preference in industrial policies

secondly, to develop the functional component industry, we must make a difference in the construction of the industry university research application alliance system, and its ultimate goal is application. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should introduce some policies to encourage industry users to adopt domestic CNC machine tools and functional components, and give more opportunities to domestic functional components. At the same time, the functional component enterprises themselves should also make more efforts in close cooperation with the host plant, from point to area, strive to produce a demonstration effect in application, and gradually improve the supporting capacity

finally, the functional component factory should form a strategic alliance with the main engine factory to speed up the development and common development, so as to improve the speed of the development of functional components. Therefore, as a manufacturing enterprise of CNC system, we hope to cooperate closely with the host machine manufacturing enterprises and fully serve the host machine enterprises

if there is no perfect processing design and system planning, and there is no support of "specialty, precision and specialty", the industry will show beautiful scenery, which is not good. There are objective laws in this, and it is not a problem that can be solved simply by financial resources

as for encouraging OEMs to develop CNC systems, the key is to see whether OEMs have the ability in this regard. The development of high-end CNC systems requires professional R & D teams, manufacturing and production teams and application technology teams, as well as a variety of experiments, testing conditions and even the corporate culture atmosphere required for relevant technological innovation. These can not be solved with money alone, and cannot be heated up. From the past development of the industry, the main engine factory has little successful experience in developing numerical control system, and with the development of numerical control technology, it will be more and more difficult
